Red Burgundy wine. 100% Pinot Noir.

Chassagne-Montrachet Village appellation.

Viticulture that respects the environment and the people who live and work here. Natural winemaking, aged for 18 months in demi-muids (600-liter barrels), bottled unfiltered.

Fifty years ago, 70% of the appellation's wines were red; today, they represent less than 25%. Composed of a blend from three parcels, this cuvée perpetuates the strong historical presence of Pinot Noir in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. The La Bressonne parcel (70 years old), with its old cordons covered in moss, benefits from excellent massal selection. Its powerful wines form the foundation of this vineyard. The Lombardes parcel (60 years old), with its very clayey soil, ripens a little later and produces less, but its finesse is undeniable. Finally, the Chimbres (50 years old), whose lower rows are a little sandier, produce nervous and pure wines.
