TASTING NOTES
Nose: Palate: Delicious aromas of bread, Aromas of bitter orange, ripe white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear), and almond open onto distinct chalky notes.
A clean and lively attack with creamy effervescence, the fruity, pulpy, and crisp texture is supported by lemony acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a taut, lingering finish.
Food pairings: Delightfully vinous while retaining its Champagne elegance, this wine will enhance meals featuring seafood, meaty shellfish (langoustine tails, crab, prawns), as well as certain aged cheeses such as mature Comté, Cheddar, Beaufort, or Fourme d'Ambert.
