A white Burgundy in the Meursault style, a blend from three parcels bordering the Meursault vineyards.
Parcels
A blend of three parcels: the "Les Durots" vineyard located north of the village; the "Basses Gouttes" and "Grandes Coutures" vineyards located below Limozin, south of the village.
Terroir
Vines averaging around forty years old, facing south and southeast on clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking & Aging
Hand-harvested with sorting in the vineyard into 20kg crates. Slow whole-cluster pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in 228L barrels (15% new) for 12 months. Extended aging in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. Light fining and/or filtration if necessary.

Simple: Burgundy parsley ham
Atypical: Shrimp tempura and mild curry mayonnaise
Gastronomic: Roasted free-range chicken supreme, white wine reduction, cauliflower mousseline.
