DESCRIPTION
In the early 1990s, Paul Chaudière planted three hectares of Chardonnay at the foot of Mont Ventoux to showcase the freshness potential of these terroirs. Fred & Alex Chaudière have continued this tradition by selecting a few high-altitude Chardonnay plots.

Appearance: Clear with silvery highlights.
Nose: White flowers (hawthorn) and white fruit.
Palace: Beautifully balanced and fresh with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and good minerality.
