DESCRIPTION
In the early 1990s, Paul Chaudière planted three hectares of Chardonnay at the foot of Mont Ventoux to showcase the freshness potential of these terroirs. Fred & Alex Chaudière have continued this tradition by selecting a few high-altitude Chardonnay plots.
