This cuvée is a blend of the estate's different terroirs, typical of the southern Rhône Valley, but whose lusciousness and vibrancy reflect the freshness of Mont Ventoux.

Traces of Cinsault, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Marselan
AGING
Short aging in concrete tanks, no barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: clear and a deep ruby color.
Nose: Intense notes of fresh red fruit and peppery spices.
Palate: This very well-balanced wine combines freshness and rounded tannins with aromas of red fruit, floral notes, and spice.
